A 3-day virtual summit to help you learn how to integrate your Christian faith with wellness practices to help you find peace, healing, and reconnect with God.

Experience God through wellness practices that support your mind, body, and spirit.

Many Christians are carrying stress, grief, and exhaustion while still trying to show up faithfully.

We want peace.

We want closeness with God.

And yet, we’ve often been taught to push through instead of pausing, to explain instead of listening, to perform instead of resting.

The Flow in Faith Virtual Summit is a gentle invitation to return.

This free, 3-day virtual gathering was created to help you explore how wellness practices like yoga, meditation, breathwork, movement, holistic living and rest can support your spiritual life in ways that feel accessible, faithful, and liberating.

You don’t need to abandon your faith to find peace through wellness practices.

For many Christians, curiosity about wellness practices comes with hesitation. You may have been warned that these practices don’t belong in Christian spaces, or you may simply feel unsure where to begin.

The reality is, tending to your body does not separate you from God; it helps you feel more connected to your faith.

Flow in Faith was created as a safe, affirming space to explore wellness practices with clarity, care, and a Christ-centered perspective, without pressure, debate, or fear.

This summit is for you if…

Interactive Live Sessions & Yoga Classes

Watching recorded presentations offers insight and understanding. But meaningful change happens when you’re invited to pause, reflect, and apply what you’re learning in real time, especially alongside others on a similar journey.

That’s why, throughout the summit, we’ll be gathering for live, interactive sessions and yoga classes designed to help you integrate what you’re learning as you go.

Workshops

Faith, History, and the Practice of Yoga

A honest workshop and teaching to examine the history of yoga and how misunderstandings have shaped many Christian perspectives about the practice.

Spiritual Rhythm Reset

A practical, reflective workshop to help you begin shaping a sustainable spiritual rhythm that integrates faith, rest, and embodied practice into everyday life.

Morning Meditations

Begin each day with a guided meditation practice designed to help you settle your breath, and center your heart before the day’s sessions.

These short morning gatherings create space to become present with yourself and with God.

Afternoon/Evening Yoga Classes

Yoga practices offered throughout the summit to help you integrate what you’re learning through movement, breath, and rest.

These accessible classes support nervous system regulation, and deeper connection with God through embodied practice.

Exclusive VIP Sessions

Sacred Breath: Using the Breath as Prayer

A guided experience exploring how the breath can become a form of prayer. Through intentional breathing and awareness, this session invites space for stillness and connection with God in a grounded way.

Panel: The Shift: Living an Embodied Faith

An honest, grounded conversation, with Christ-Centered Yoga Teachers, reflecting on the shifts that happen when faith and embodiment are no longer separated.

MEET THE SPEAKERS

MEET THE HOST

Queen Robertson

Founder/Visionary

I’m Queen Robertson, the founder of Sacred Spaces Yoga and the visionary behind the Flow in Faith Virtual Summit.

My yoga journey began in 2015 as a form of self-care. As my practice deepened, I realized the mat could become a sacred space where I could meet God through prayer and meditation.

Through the stillness and focus cultivated in yoga, I learned to quiet myself enough to hear God and listen what my body and spirit needed. This practice became a meaningful part of my healing journey through depression.

In February 2020, I founded Sacred Spaces Yoga with a mission to share the transformative practice of yoga with Black/African-American Christians.

Today, my work centers on helping people experience God not just through belief, but through breath, rest, and embodied presence.

And that’s exactly what we’ll be doing at the Flow in Faith Virtual Summit.

This is not about striving. It’s about returning.

The Flow in Faith Virtual Summit is not about fixing yourself or finding the “right” way to believe.

It’s about remembering that God meets you exactly where you are, including in your breath, your body, and your need for rest.

You don’t have to choose between faith and wellness.

You can honor both.

You don’t have to have it all figured out.

You just have to say yes to beginning.

You’re ready if…
